The Office of the Borough Clerk provides support to the Borough Assembly and information services to the citizens of the Borough. The Assembly appoints the Borough Clerk.

Public Records Request Form Requests for public records are not required by law to be in writing. We do encourage you to use this form if you are asking for lengthy or complicated items. It provides a way for you to document your request.
Service Areas The Borough has 12 service areas; 7 which are administered by boards of directors. The Clerk's Office is responsible for recruitment of board members. Board of Ethics This board was created by KGB Code Chapter 5.37, Conflict of Interest. The board investigates complaints against any elected (Mayor, Assembly, School Board) or appointed official (Borough Manager, Borough Clerk, Borough Attorney, Superintendent of Schools)
