Mayor and Assembly	The Clerk's Office provides administrative support for the Mayor and Assembly.
Election Information	Information on upcoming and past elections and links to a Request for Absentee Ballot Form and the Alaska Division of Elections homepage.
Weblink	Research resolutions, ordinances, minutes, Assembly meeting packets and other Borough documents using a fully searchable database. The Ketchikan Gateway Borough Code of Ordinances is also available on the site.
Public Records Request Form	Requests for public records are not required by law to be in writing. We do encourage you to use this form if you are asking for lengthy or complicated items. It provides a way for you to document your request.
Service Areas	The Borough has 12 service areas; 7 which are administered by boards of directors. The Clerk's Office is responsible for recruitment of board members.
