Service Areas The Borough has 12 service areas; 7 which are administered by boards of directors. The Clerk's Office is responsible for recruitment of board members. Board of Ethics This board was created by KGB Code Chapter 2.55, Board of Ethics. The board investigates complaints against any elected (Mayor, Assembly, School Board) or appointed official (Borough Manager, Borough Clerk, Borough Attorney, Superintendent of Schools)
