A request by the Ketchikan Gateway Borough for a Preliminary Plat of the Ward Cove 2010 Subdivision No. 2 to replat five lots in a Heavy Industrial (IH) Zone and subdivide 207.32 acres of upland and tidelands in Ward Cove known as Gateway Subdivision Lot 2, Ward Cove West Replat Lots 1 and 2, Ward Cove Subdivision Lot 3B and USS 1754, Block 4, Lot 1A to create 19 lots; 7759, 7691, 7757, and 7037 N Tongass Highway, Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
