Ketchikan Gateway Borough Bus Information

Ketchikan Gateway Borough Transit System Mission Statement:

The mission of the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Transit System is to provide the public with an economical, reliable way to get to work or play.  In keeping with this, on May 15, 2006, the Transit Department expanded it's bus route to serve everyone from the Totem Bight/D-1 Loop area all the way south to the new Fawn Mountain Elementary School. There are now three buses to serve your needs; the Blue Line for the northern route, the Green Line which services the residential areas in town, and the Red Line for the southern route.

The Bus will not operate on Christmas Day, Friday December 25 or New Years Day, Friday January 1. On Christmas Eve & New Years eve we will operate our normal weekday schedule. Have a Safe & Happy Holidays!

If you have any questions call 225-TRAN (8726).
