Title 12 Public Place Permit

The Title 12 Parks Usage Permit form allows for single or temporary events at parks or field facilities.

Maps are available for the following areas, to be marked up by the applicant as necessary:

Title 12 Permits are also required for work in a public place or right-of-way, such as utility improvements, driveway cuts, road improvements and construction, drainage alterations, or other activities.

The Borough Road Standards provide baseline design standards for consideration prior to submitting a permit application. 

The Borough reserves the right to include additional permit conditions on any Title 12 Permit depending on the proposed use.

Permit applications must be returned to the Public Works Office for execution. Return all permit applications to: 1900 First Ave., Suite 219 or publicworks@kgbak.us.
