Permit Process
The following marijuana establishment uses may be permitted within Ketchikan Gateway Borough:
- Marijuana Cultivation Facility
- Marijuana Product Manufacturing Facility
- Marijuana Retail Store
- Marijuana Testing Facility
The above listed uses may be permitted as a conditional use or permitted use with standards in the following zoning districts:
- General Commercial
- Light Industrial
- Heavy Industrial
- Central Commercial (conditional use permit only)
